Susanne, a forty something very sexual woman makes no apologies for her sexual self. She is quite comfortable with her body and has always self-explored to learn what feels good so she can communicate this to her husband and…..you guessed it…..her lover. Susanne is married but also has a sex partner. She bores easily in the bedroom and likes to keep things exciting.

Many women report boredom in the bedroom especially in the long term relationship. As Susanne entered peri-menopause, she noticed something about herself that was very upsetting. Sex was beginning to hurt not only with her husband but also with her sex partner.

Susanne consulted Dr. Google first and found that vaginal dryness may lead to painful sex and worse low sexual desire. With two men on the line, she didn’t want to risk that. Susanne was a sexual being.

Also an expert in nutrition, Susanne decided to tackle her vaginal dryness through diet initially. There are a number of foods that are beneficial for sexual health. Some can even be used during sex to increase arousal. So Susanne increased her water based fluids mainly ice water to increase vaginal moisturization during the day and with sex at night, the ice was on her….literally! Ooh la la!

Next was yogurt which contains lots of good bacteria so she increased her Greek yogurt consumption and even utilized this smooth white gold in the bedroom and spread it all over her erogenous zones including her clitoris and labia only to be licked off by her men.

Strawberries, high in Vitamin C were also on her menu as they  help to fight infections down south and she loved to have them fed to her by her lovers which lifted her libido to the highest levels!

Additionally she added sweet potatoes to her dinner, high in Vitamin A to increase muscle tone for strong vaginal walls along with  spinach high in magnesium to decrease inflammation and increase blood flow for great sexual sensation.

Although her improved sexual health diet improved things in her southern hemisphere, she found she still needed a personal moisturizer to help with her vaginal dryness. She chose Gynatrof a hormone-free gel that is fragrance-free and tasteless so it’s great for cunnilingus which she loved and found was the best way to experience an orgasm.

Gynatrof is all natural and contains Vitamin E to help with elasticity and keep her vaginal tissues youthful. This pleased Susanne and the fact that it is available over the counter at London Drugs was a bonus. So ladies, take back your feminine and sexual power. Don’t let troubles below the belt especially vaginal dryness and painful sex get in the way of being your best sensual and sexual self! Susanne didn’t.
