  • Rattling nice layout and fantastic written content, very little else we need : D.

  • I enjoyed this-Useful to read, but I don’t know where to start. Which of your posts would you suggest I read next?

  • This is topical advice for my followers, so I’ll link back to this post and you should likely get some new subscribers. It’s a step up from anything else out there discussing this subject. TY for the inspired point of view!

  • Susan Davis says:

Hi I have a problem with having to go to the bathroom at only a moments notice and if I can’t get there very very quickly I start to leak. Don’t have a much of a problem with leaking during exercise but do with the other things you mentioned.

    • Hi Susan, It sounds as though you may have urgency. When you get the urges, stop what you are doing, remain calm and squeeze your rectal muscle 10-15 times quickly (Quick Kugels). It helps to calm your bladder down and will bide you some time to get to the bathroom. Also make sure you’re not having too many bladder irritants, tea, alcohol, citrus, spicy foods. If you are in the menopausal years, a little localized estrogen in your vagina twice weekly may help too. You will need a prescription for that. Best of luck! Maureen
