Orgasm, the release of erotic tension is integral to sexual satisfaction. In order to understand why, it’s vital to understand what is thought to be going on in your body.

Dr. Rosemary Basson’s “responsive desire” model resonates with the chronically busy & exhausted women of today.
It is a bio-psychosocial model where one lacks desire but when a man or a woman accepts the sexual advances of a partner, enjoys it & wishes they’d done that yesterday and yes, yes, yes, all is right with the world!
There’s tingling & increased sexual sensation.
Most sexual desire models tend to avoid including non-genital changes but heart rate, BP & respiration increases too.
So taking a page out of Nike’s book- “just do it!” It just might work!
